New Local Whole Wheat Flour
- can be ordered through Farm Fresh Delivery

Feel Good Foods is proud to bring you the only locally grown and milled flour on the market.Made from Alice White Winter Wheat, this unbleached flour is freshly milled weekly by Brandon. This nutrient rich flour isperfect for baking your holiday cookies, pie crusts, and anybread that does not rise.

After the wheat is dried in a brick oven it is taken to a stone mill in Columbus, Indiana that was built in the 1890's. This mill was originally run on a steam engine. Since this flour is made from the whole wheat berry, it is perishable and should be refrigerated up to 4 months or frozen up to 6 months. Sold in 2pound bags, this flour is a great way to bake healthy treats for your family from truly local ingredients.

Keith and Anna Welch grow this local wheat without chemicals at Fields of Agape Farm in Carthage, Indiana.Their mission is to bring natural, wholesome, and affordable food to local communities. They believe that working together is the key to sustainability and ensuring that consumers have access to locally grown food. Thewheat berries that are ground into this flour are an amazingly nutrient dense food, naturally rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber. To find out more about Fields of Agapecheck outPBS this Saturday,November 22nd at 6:30pm.

Indy Winter Farmers Market
- begins this Saturday, November 15th!
The Indy Winter Farmers Market connects local farmers with city residents by delivering fresh healthy produce to 2442 N. Central Ave. on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The Indy Winter Market allows Indianapolis’ urban-dwelling residents to purchase vegetables, fruit, meat, baked goods, herbs, natural cleaning products and other locally produced food & household products straight from regional farmers. By directly connecting farmers and producers to Indianapolis area residents, the Indy Winter Market supports family farms, preserves farm land, delivers fresh healthy produce to those who need it most, and reduces the environmental effects that result from food traveling across the country or world.
