This fall my wife and I plan to construct an 8'x16' greenhouse attached to the south side of our house. Not only should it provide a bedding site for plants, but the greenhouse will cover two windows of the house. With a brick floor and gravel beneath, plus water containers above, we're counting on some solar heat during the cold months. At this point we're looking at polycarbonate to use as the glazing. Any thoughts or suggestions from others with experience in this sort of thing?
